How it works

Low-risk to begin.
High-impact in delivery.

Every engagement follows the same three stages — built to last. You can stop after the first stage. Most don't.

Stage 01 — Discover

The Discovery Sprint

A structured, independent review of your business, delivered as a clear written report. We examine your processes, systems and workflows end-to-end, then tell you — plainly and honestly — what we found, what it's costing, and what to do about it.

You walk away with the Vertisco Insight Report: a prioritised list of what's holding you back, specific recommendations for each, the relevant AI and technology use-cases, an estimate of the return, and a roadmap showing what to fix first and why.

Even if you go no further, the report is yours to act on.

Stage 02 — Deliver

We build the solutions

We turn the findings into reality. Every Delivery engagement is scoped individually from your Insight Report and confirmed in writing before any work begins — so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs, up front.

Stage 03 — Retain

Your ongoing partner

The best improvements aren't one-offs. As a Retain client you get a consultant who already knows your business inside out, available each month to advise, optimise and respond as things evolve. No briefing from scratch. No ramp-up. Just continued, compounding value.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first

What does it cost?

Every piece of work is quoted as a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything begins — we never bill by the hour, and any third-party software is passed through at cost. The first conversation and the Readiness Assessment are free, and after Discovery you'll have a clear figure for anything we recommend before you commit to it.

How much of my time will it take?

Less than you'd think. The assessment takes about 20 minutes. During Discovery we do the digging — we schedule short conversations around your team's day, and the analysis happens behind the scenes. The walkthrough of your Insight Report takes a couple of hours, and it's usually the most valuable meeting of the engagement.

Will it disrupt the team?

No — and that's deliberate. We work around the day job, watching how work actually happens rather than pulling people into workshops for days. When changes land, they land in stages, with the people affected involved early.

We're not a technical business. Is this still for us?

You're exactly who this is for. Everything is explained in plain language — if you can't explain a recommendation to your team, we haven't finished it. We handle the technology, you get training and documentation, and you own everything we build outright.

What if you don't find enough to be worth it?

Then we'll tell you that, plainly. Every recommendation is measured against what it returns — if a piece of work won't pay for itself, we'll say so. And whatever happens, the Insight Report is yours to keep and act on.

Will we have to replace our existing software?

Usually not. The fix is more often in the process than the software, and we'd rather connect and improve what you already have. A fully bespoke platform is the answer only when off-the-shelf genuinely can't keep up — and we'll show you the numbers either way.

Ready to see what's possible?

Begin with the Readiness Assessment — about 20 minutes, no obligation.
