What we collect, and why
Information you give us. If you complete the Readiness Assessment, book a call, or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us — typically your name, business name, contact details and your answers. We use it for one purpose: to understand your business and have a useful conversation with you. The quick check on our homepage is scored entirely in your browser — your answers there are never sent to us.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, broad location, how people move through the assessment. This is aggregate information; we don't use it to identify you personally.
Who else touches your data
A small number of services help us run things: our form delivery service (which relays assessment submissions to our inbox), Google Analytics, and Calendly if you book a call. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and assessment details are kept while we're talking, or while there's a realistic prospect we'll work together. If you ask us to delete what we hold, we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@vertisco.com and we'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
